When water evaporates from the ocean, it goes into the air and eventually forms clouds. Water from the ocean acts just like water from the land. The evaporated water moves along with the air masses until it falls as rain or snow somewhere.

This is a very important part of the water cycle.

When water evaporate from sea or ocean, it goes upward to the atmosphere. The evaporated water gather above and eventually will form cloud. The cloud then keep absorbing water until at one level, it will stop and start moving following the direction of wind. The cloud then will pour the water as rain and goes back to the sea. The water keeps get cycled in this way.
