It's not a good reason to use to decline coverage if that is the only problem. But in most , if not all, States they don't have to give you a reason. Individual health insurance in not a guaranteed issue in most States. That means they don't have to take you if they don't want to and don't have to give you a reason.

depends on what state you live in and underwriting practices of the insurance company. If depression was relatively minor and you not currently being treated, and this only significant health issue, likely you'll be accepted imo

No, you can't be denied for depression. You may want to try a website that compares multiple companies at once to get you the best price. I am paying less than ½ after I did.

What do psychological well-being archives might desire to do with this? in case you do no longer co-function with documenting an EEO declare how are you able to blame the corporate? It depends on the company. Some may list it as a pre-existing condition and deny coverage; some may list it as same and just deny psychiatric coverage.

Not from Anthem, preexisting conditoions don't count....it's all I know....costs a fortune but it's the only one I know of, good luck....

I doubt it, but if they do turn you down for that reason, they wont admit that THAT is the reason!
