I am in high school and wanting to build muscle for wrestling season. Please leave out the Technical stuff as i probably can't understand it x]. Thats why i'm asking, i dont understand all the kg/blah blah blah stuff :]

im guessing that you are weight training them? well as soon as you finish your weights training, slam one down. also if you have the means and money, have one before bed on a training day and one the next morning after your training day.

Before you go to bed, fill a large cup of milk and put it on your night-side table. Drink some before you go to sleep Later on in the night if/when you wake up, drink some more, or the rest. That'll help feed your intestines with protein thru the night as you'll be digesting and assimilating it by the time you wake up in the morning. Drink more when you wake up. Also take some protein powder before and after working out.

My boyfriend is in college and can out lift even the coaches. Let me tell you, i know my supplements! You need to take it throught the day. You also need to take it a half hour before you workout and a half hour after. With a good diet and alot of hard work those muscles should be bulging in a couple months. Good Luck!!!!!!
