I didn't personally, but my sister did. They began living together too soon without getting to KNOW eac`h other well enough. He turned out to be a real sweet guy, but they may go their separate ways because they don't have alot in common.
Just a couple important tips (no matter what your age!):
1- Be careful
2- If you do meet someone in person, meet in a public place (restaurant, mall, etc.)
3- DON'T go alone. Take a friend, at least the first time or two. If he's safe, he'll understand.
4- If you're underage, do NOT do this without your parent's knowledge! They don't want to lose you!

Yes, I actually met a girl from Yahoo Personals before. It ended up not working out, before we even arranged to meet she had already started dating someone else (I guess that train wreck fixed itself before it started), but we still went and hung out at the mall anyway.
We don't really talk anymore, but I do have her on Y!M and her cell.
*shrug*
I'd do it again if I had the chance, I guess. It is kind of weird explaining it to people, though. Some people think it's really cool, and others just think it's weird. Just don't worry about what they think, if you've met the right person. :)

I did. going with her now for 5 years. meet in a public place and make sure it's somewhere you usually dont go like the other side of town or a restaurant you usually dont go too. that way if it doesnt work out you dont have to worry about a stalker. Usually you know the person really well because you've talked online alot. i met mine through college club match maker about 5 years ago.
