You shouldn't starve yourself. 1000 calories is a small amount 2 jump down 2, and if u really are small enough 2 only need 1000 calories, then u don't need 2 b on a diet. I wanted 2 lose 20 pounds last year and tried tons of stuff, but none of it worked b/c I couldn't stick 2 it. Try gradually taking out the bad foods and carbs from ur diet- slowly- so that u will b healthy 4 life, not just skinnier now. Get a lot of exercise, and do things that aren't that hard one at a time- aka take baby steps, and u will end up losing a lot more weight. Over the course of the year, my goal of losing 20 pounds was exceeded- I lost 35. My doctor said last time when I went 4 a checkup that I should gain a couple pounds! If u do an extreme diet, u will gain it all back once u quit the diet, but if u do something that u can permanently stick 2, it'll work so much better in the long run.

Counting calories makes you depressed and fat. DON'T DO IT. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event. You can force your body to lose weight with not enough calories, but if you continue it, you will starve to death. With an abundance of healthy foods, you lose weight just as fast, but only until you reach your ideal weight. You can continue eating this way the rest of your life and always be at your ideal weight.

I don't know of a specific diet plan, but I know that it's not good to eat after 7pm. Drink plenty of water and exercise. Not eating after 7pm sounds like nothing but it really is. You will notice the difference every morning. I lost a couple of pounds within a week when I did this! And remember to always eat breakfast. They say that if you don't it's not going to help you loose weight, it will only slow down the process.

If you get bored easily, best idea is to find variety at the grocery store. Go to the store and find the best low-cal foods you can...and try them all each day. Adding one or two new foods each day will make the diet more fun, and it can also find you some new favorite diet foods too.
Or, what I did...is cook. Websites have tons of great recipes, and cooking makes what you're eating taste way better than just buying it. Plus, cooking makes it easy to make foods low-cal or nutritious. Even if you're no great cook, you can start with easy recipes or even no-cook sandwich recipes. Good luck.

i don't know anybody thats done very well on a diet, they cant stick to it.

i think that the best way to lose weight is to lift weights and walk more. the more muscle you have the faster your metabolism is. walking may sound like its too easy but it's actually a very good way to get healthier. and drink lots of water, it cleans out your body and helps build muscle/speed up metabolism

im a boxer so i do a lot of bench pressing, which is in my oppinion the best upper body exercise aside from push ups.

Eating less than 1000 calories will make you sick eventually.
