Suddenly, there is no recycle bin in my pc but i still can delete the files. hw to put it back?

ok right click desktop, click properties, then desktop tab, then click customize desktop, then you will know the rest trust me i hope i helped

go to system tools click on restore piac a date that you had your recycle bin and restore it to that date
