How should I let my b/f know that I am ready to get married because he doesnt think I am.
He says actions speak louder than words but I dont know what to say or what to do to get him to belive that I am.
We have been together for a long time and its either all or nothing, and I dont want to lose him
any suggestions??

Perhaps you could stare at your ring finger while
his around,pretend to be day dreaming and make
sure he is watching so that he gets the hint..
OR
Hire out heaps of movies with people getting
married and get real emotional during the w
wedding scenes so that he has to comfort you..
Or
Tell him that one of your school friends just got
married, act surprised and happy and make sure
he gets the hint..
OR
Let him catch you pretending to speak to you
friend or mother on the phone about getting
married, speak load enough that he hears you..
Or
Have drinks with friends out at a nice bar and
ask one of your girlfriends to put the question
to him when you go to the toilet...
Or
You could just tell him you are thinking that it's
time you will finally tie the knot, don't let him ask
you right there and then,let him surprise you in
a romantic way..!!

Maybe he is not ready to get married. I don't know your specific situation but it sounds as if he is trying to procrastinating on the marriage topic. The best thing you can do is be straightforward with him and tell him how you feel.
