You start to pile stuff on top of them (books, chairs, lamps) and add whip cream and sharpie their faces. Then you take a picture.

Draw stuff on their face with a sharpie. (Pictures of the male genetalia is always a crowd pleaser!)
Stick someone's hand in a bowl of warm water.
Raid the fridge and build the tallest sandwich you can make. Really, put everything on it.
If there is a cat, try and give it a bath. This will keep you busy for a good 20 minutes.
Watch t.v.
Find some plastic wrap and streatch it over the toilet bowl that way when someone gets up to pee it doesn't quite work like they planned.
Pick a person you like and use them as a pillow and go to sleep. It works. Drunk is much more fun when you aren't alone.
And if you wanna take an asprin, go ahead. Just not tylenol, that stuff is bad for your liver. Asprin is actually good for you though.

You didn't say how old you are or where you are, so.....if you're in a safe place, how about settling in with the television and a big glass of water. Two aspirin won't kill you either. Most likely you're going to drift off here pretty quick too. However, if you are in an unsafe place, check the battery on the cell phone and call for roadside assistance (if you are in a car) or a taxi (if you know how to get home) or 911 (if you are injured or have been assaulted) There you have it!

If your drunk, it may be time for you to sleep to. Take to aspirin before you call it a night. It may ward off a headache in the morning.

Play video games, I like to see how crappy I play when I am drunk, it sucks when friends are lame! Don't take asprin like everyone is telling you because it will damage your liver even more, you should never take asprin when intoxicated or for a hangover.

...cover their noses in peanut butter and stick marshmallows on them...tie their shoelaces together if they are passed out fully clothed and then watch and wait when they have to rise for a pee...enjoy yourself!!!...like the first guy wrote if you have a camera take pictures and make sure to post them on the internet so we all can see....shaving off the odd eyebrow or brutal haircuts is always fun too!!!!
