A lot of times I tend to get headaches during the summer because of being sensitive to sunlight. I also notice that if I wait too long to eat I get headaches. Yours can be so many things... Also do you tend to be in front of the computer for hours on end? That can also cause headaches. Stress is a big factor.. So many things, would be best to talk to a doctor or even make a diary of when you have your headaches and what you do for the day, hopefully you can then pinpoint the why of it.

Is there anything you perhaps eat during that time that you don't in the evening? Sometimes allergies or reactions to food additives can cause nasty headaches. Or are you dehydrated, but drinking water before you go to bed? If so, try drinking more water during the day.
Try keeping a journal of what changes when the headaches come on. It might be useful when you see a doctor, if it happens that you have to.
Good luck!

Would you like to do an iris scan to find out what is wrong with your body so as to discover what is causing the headache?
Iris scanning comes from iridology. As the saying goes, the eyes are the window to our heart.
But did you know that the eyes are also the window to our HEALTH as well?
Iridology is the holistic science of looking at the condition of your health by taking a picture of your iris.
As all the nerves and veins running through our body end right at our eyes, we are able to see the condition of our health by just looking at our iris.
Iridology has been around for a few hundred years and recently made more popular by Dr Bernard Jensen, father of holistic health.
During the IRIS SCAN, the iris analyst will use some high tech equipment and take a picture of your iris and our consultant will help you decipher the meaning behind your picture by giving you an overview of your current health condition. You will be given a picture of your iris and an analysis report to keep.
From the analysis, you will find out :
- what areas of the body are not functioning at optimum level
- what may be some of the possible health issues you may face in future
- what are the solutions to overcome these issues
- what are some suggested lifestyle habits to acquire for better health
- how to take good care to ensure you have higher energy and slimmer, fitter body
And that's it.
And the rest is up to you.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

Lack of sleep, dependency on caffeine. Also, could be you need to change your pillow since neck position can affect this too. It also depends on WHERE it hurts and how much it hurts. I would consult your doctor. Don't have to go in but at least on the phone.
