Hi I'm had this chicken pox bout 8 days ago.so now it really itchy.This is my third chicken pox and i wanna to know it's ok to have third times of chicken pox? btw i'm 22.
I love to workout, after my fever settle down i already lifted a weight and that make me more itchy,should i stop doing the workout and wait till my chicken pox gone completely or can i do the workout when i still have this chicken pox ? help me.........i love getting sweats.....

no more sweats for you! i found when i had chi/pox i got worse when i sweated. of course working out, more energy push excellerates the virus as well.
do some more reseach. you do have some more stuff to look forward to as well. c/p virus does not go away. it rears its head as other stuff. shingles, and such, as you get older.
take care fo yourself now.
yau can get c/p more than 1x!!! depends on how hard you get the first time!!!

Hey it's nice to know you can workout even though you are sick but it is a very bad idea. Sweating makes it itch worse as well as it can make it spread to other areas of your body. You can get chicken pox more than once but if this is your 3rd time you really need to see a doctor you may have a case of shingles which is very painful especially if not treated. What type of ointment or cream have you been putting on it? You can use calamine lotion to cover the sores and it helps with the itching to but as long as you keep working out, it will not get any better.

sweats make one itchy and you should see a Dr
one usually gets chicken pox once only
it might be something else you have see a Dr

i think you should wait until this is over before you do anything , because this is still contagious
