Yep some do, and they actually consider it a delicacy. They call them "Fry's" Turkey Fry, Hog Fry etc. I have also heard of them called "Mountain Oysters" Personally I don't find them appetizing!

Yes, Mountain Oysters or bull testicals is the only one that I have heard of. I don't actually know anyone who has had them though.

They're called Rocky Mountain Oysters and are really good. In the Midwest, we commonly eat the testicles of cattle and hogs. Just remove the tough outer skin, slice them, roll in egg and cracker crumbs and fry them.

In Northern Mexico they are known as machitos they come from bulls, and yes people eat them grilled as appetizers. By the way, you need to work on your spelling.

chinese have soup no.5 and its from that of the ox or cow, and a joke story tells about a chinese soup bistro near spain's bullring - when asked why there are days why the soup runs out even before lunch, the answer was 'well, sometimes bull die sometimes man die'
