After some heavy duty flirting with a coworker, and inner-office gossip about a budding romance between the two of us, I thought it was a sure bet to give him my number. But he hasn't called! I'm smart, sexy, and confidant...is he just being shy? Is he truly not interested? Should I continue to pursue him or just drop it? I would appreciate serious responses, especially from men! I'm stumped.

He could be shy, busy, or have a girlfriend already. From my experience most guys take forever to call. They don't want to seem desperate. Others have girlfriends who are keeping them busy, and they don't have time to call. (DOGS!) Some men have demanding jobs, and or families that keep them busy.
Just drop it. You made the first move, now it's his turn. If he doesn't realize how wonderful you are it's his loss.
Sometimes when you least expect it, they call.
