I just lost my job and have been looking for a new one, but haven't found one yet. I am also in need of at least $2000 in the next 2 weeks or I will also lose my house and it seems that God has not come through for me this time and now I am looking for anyone who can help!!!! Without the money I will lose everything including my kids who will be taken from me if I am forced to move on the streets. I have no family or friends who can help and am in desperate need. Please any suggestion will help my kids and I.

Give me your address I'll send you $20 and maybe others can do the same.
Rather than be callous I think we should try and make sure nobody drowns!
Don't worry about paying me back just, someday if you
can, pass it on.

So u have lost ur trust in God??? U hsve already lost the battle then. Trust God and ask 4 4givness 4 doubting him. He may not come when u want him, but he will always be on time. Its a sin 4 Christians 2 worry; that means that they dont trust God. Nothing is 2 hard 4 the Lord! U need 2 realize that. Go look 4 a job...wutever u can get. Try 2 get loans or a advance....If all else fails, go 2 a shelter so that u wont be on the streets, and u wont lose ur kids. I'm praying 4 u. Best of luck 2 u.

First things first. you will not lose the house for missing a single payment.

Now, what you must do is call the bank an tell them your situation. You may be able to get a forbearance on your loan which will keep your mortgage current. The caveat is that your payments are placed on the back of the loan. The problem here is that you are increasing your balance.

You can use the forbearance for about 6 months or so. Within that time you will either need to start making payments again or decide on whether you will sell and take your equity (if you have any).

The ideal situation is that you will find a job within the next 30-60 days and be in good shape and paying your mortgage. the less than ideal situation is that you sell the house to save your credit. During the marketing of your home, you will need to communicate, better in writing, that you intend to liquidate the asset and make good on the total balance of the loan. during this time, the bank will continue the forbearance until the payoff.

The key is to communicate with your mortgage company or bank. If you don't, you may be subject to foreclosure proceedings after the 3rd month....and a sheriff sale around the 6th month........and a very large dent in your credit rating which may prevent you from financing a home or even a car. A foreclosure will be on your credit report for 10 years.

I wish you well

My advice to you would be to file for Bankruptcy. That would save your house. The Bankruptcy proceeding would halt any possible foreclosure proceedings. The court would probably take atleast 3 months to make a decision on your case, therfore giving you time to find a new job. I am not an attorney but I have been through this process myself. Having financial difficulty can be incredibly stressful and I wish you the best of luck! Always remember....God does not give you more than you can bare. Stay close to God even in the darkest hour because that's when u need him most!

First of all, if you have made your previous mortgage payments on time, you will not lose your home. Next, follow the given advice, notify the bank, ask for a forbearance, leniency or what ever they offer to home owners in financial hardships. Go to your local churches, that's what they are for. I myself am facing utility disconnection because I had to choose between feeding my three boys for the previous and current months (using food stamps and cash). I am on a fixed income and sometimes, as a mother, you have to choose. I don't know if you are eligible for utility assistance to keep your services on or if you are eligible for social services, but what I do know is begging (oh, my bad) asking on the Internet is not the answer. Oh, and another thing, check into your local work force development agency or community college, they have a lot of job listings and job fair postings available. And for the record, God did not give up on you, you are giving up on him. Be blessed in all that you do and I will pray for you.

For one things you can't blame God for this It is most likely your own doing that you are losing your house .. I went through exactly what you are going through and Iwent to the local agencies and asked for help with food and housing.. They in turned referred me to a Job Fair in which I have been working very steady for 18 months at a great salary. You h ave to look or you need to ask the right people. Soetimes you have to let go of your pride and ask.. And Keeping looking up to the Lord you will be surspised what will be falling in your lap..

Peace

What you need to do is
1. Go to your church and ask for assistance and guidance from you priest. He will now how to guide you.
2. Take any job you can get....Fast food chains are always looking for help. With spring coming, florists are usually looking for help as well, retail stores, start cleaning houses, drive a cab, wait tables --they make good tips, there is so much out there to choose from....at this point you shouldn't be picky.
GOOD LUCK!

God has not turned his back on you... so take God out of this equation... it is you who needs to be strong for your children !
Judging from the use of the $$ sign, I assume you are a US resident... all states provide help to those who are in your situation... you must seek out the proper avenues to find this help.... start online by visiting your state's government page.... there are also resources available from your church... all you need do is ask... losing your house is not the end of everything... have you tried asking your mortgage company for leniency... they usually give you a grace period and work with you ! I hope you find the help you need... and God Bless you and your children !
