im 13 and i weigh bwtween 110-120.......i really need this weight gone fast so i can look good for spring break or just so people think im pretty.......i dont lyke feeling lyke and ugly duck =[

It really doesn't sound like you need to lose weight.
I bet many people think you're pretty!! You know, self confidence if one of the best qualities in a person. You should look in the mirror and see how pretty you already are! Once you start building your confidence, you're going to shine and people WILL notice!☺

If you decide you really need to lose weight, keep in mind that a 1-2 pound loss (per week) is considered healthy. Be sure to watch what you eat, drink tons of water and get active!!

Most importantly, be happy with the way you are!!!!!!!!!☺

Dependant on your height, 110-120 seems like a healthy weight. Losing a quick few pounds, likely isn’t healthy nor lasting. Adapt a healthy diet and exercise plan. Getting your vitamins is essential to a hot body several years down the road. No matter size, confidence is key to sexiness! See yourself positively and so will others.

If you want an easy way to lose weight, try doing the Atkins diet. But to do it right, you need to read what the diet is about. You need to understand how it works and why it works. Common mistakes and all that. Go to the Atkins site and read, it will only take a moment. I started doing Atkins about 3 weeks ago and so far i´ve lost 21 lbs without doing excercise.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

You are only 13 and still developing so do not loose any. This is baby fat and you will loose it over time just by changing your habits.
Avoid pop, junk food, fried food and eat until you are no longer hungry. Never it to the point that you feel stuffed like a turkey. LOL! "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". I think is best when people like you for who you are rather than for your looks only.

you seem fine to me... but try the reverse diet. Its where you eat your dinner for breakfast, and vice versa... a big big breakfast, medium sized lunch and small small dinner.... check it out online.. the author tricia cunningham lost 100 pounds in like 9 months .. also the biggest thing is exercise!!!!! walk at least 5 times a week for 45min to an hour.. thats not running just plain walking!!

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
