If you are specifying "new & creative" I"m sure you've thought of the arch alreday. Besides, in close up pictures it just looks like a big silver stick.

If you are familiar with St. Louis, I'm sure you've also considered locations in Forest Park. It has a ton of good locations (the world fair pavillion, the jewel box, art museum, grand basin/pagoda circle, etc.) or Keiner Plaza downtown, or the Meeting of the Waters at Aloe Park near Union Station.

Check out this link - it's for ceremony sites, but they all woud make great photo spots as well (most of the spots listed above has a link on the site below):

or what about Faust Park in Chesterfield?

has a butterfly garden, carousel, historic village.

Here is a link to outdoor wedding sites in the county. Again, b/c they are for weddings, they would make lovely photo sites:

This is a little out there but, on one of Rachel Ray's shows she went to some cool places in St. Louis. On the website I found it lists the locations, some of which are not eating places but have great views or are in beautiful outside settings. You could also see if you could get your pics taken at Busch stadium. Congrats!

http://www.laumeier.com/

"Laumeier Sculpture Park is a 98-acre sculpture park with an outdoor sculpture garden and a museum of art which houses contemporary sculpture, drawings, paintings, ceramics and photography related to the outdoor sculpture program. There are also hiking trails in the park."

It's a nice place, I know people who work there.
