Richard has a black belt in Karate, Kendo, Kung Fu and Judo. He could've stopped the murder, but he was busy neutralizing North Korea's nuclear arsenal, yesterday. He can't be in two places at one time, but he's working on creating a dozen clones.

There's an old Jewish story about the angels rejoicing in Heaven when the Egyptians were drowning in the Red Sea. God appeared in their midst with tears pouring down His face and said, "How can you rejoice when My children are dying?"
