a horrific thing...I can not imagine what his poor family must be going through..my prayers are with them.
.here's a USA story...
Karla Faye Tucker, 38, will be the first woman to be executed in Texas since the Civil War, and the second in the country since restoration of the penalty in the late 1970s, and that has raised new questions. Churchmen have appealed for mercy and the commuting of her sentence to life in prison on the grounds that her faith has made her a true example of rehabilitation. Some have also decried the execution of women.
"Karla is not the same person who committed those horrifying murders. That Karla died on the day she took Jesus Christ into her heart, and was born again," said the Rev David Kirschke, the leader of the "tough love" church that found her in the Harris County Jail. The life in Karla is now the light of Jesus, and it is that light which they will be snuffing-out on Tuesday."
Two years ago, Tucker married a prison minister, the Rev Dana Brown, who may visit her on Death Row, although the couple are denied any physical contact.

I believe it's possible to shed a murderous skin....however, I agreed with this execution...she still needed to pay her earthly dues...is she in Heaven...well, only God knows for sure..but if she was really repentant and new in Christ...then yes

Yes, he will if he sincerely repents of what he's done and accepts Jesus as his Savior. For all we know, the vicar may have forgiven his killer before he died, just as Christ forgave those who crucified Him.
The man will still face earthly justice if he's guilty, and that's as it should be. But if he cries out for forgiveness to God and accepts the atoning Sacrifice of Jesus for his sins, then he is free of all sin and will go to Heaven.

Lets Jesus into his life AND is baptized. And continues in the faith...
Then yes, he will go to Heaven (eventually, with perhaps a stop in Purgatory first).

It is still possible for him to go to Heaven, but it wouldn't be easy. He must truly repent of his sins and beg forgiveness from the Lord. He is the ultimate judge, and will decide who goes to what kingdom.
But yes, it is possible.
