A question out of curiosity.
I've been reading about how there is no known cause for breast cancer but also about how bras can cause breast cancer. So just to even things out, do they?
I wear sports bras very often... so thats why I limited it sports bras.

I worked for the American Cancer Society for 6 years and now am getting a doctorate degree.
I have never seen any studies that correlated wearing a bra with higher rates of breast cancer.
I don't know where the heck you got that one, but it's entirely false.
Wear whatever kind you want, honey, it won't matter.

It isnt the sport bra=it is cells inside that are prone to cancer
you have more chance of getting it if it runs in the family too

Some nudists claim that wearing bras causes brest cancer. It is healthy if you are alone enough to not wear anything when you are at home.

i have heard that...the theory is is that compressing the breast does not allow proper natural circulation and therefor the toxins that need to be removed do not get removed and stay in the breast causing problems later. So there are people that are so worried about it that they NEVER wear bras.

But just about everything now days has links to/causes cancer...chemicals, parabens, aspartame, antiperspirants, certain medications, flouride etc..

Take your pick.
