i didn't see the fight, as i wasn't about to pay $50 for it, i know oquendo was under the impression he won. Did anyone here see the fight and if so was Oquendo really screwed?

Holyfield did win that one. If you do not take it to another fighter, and let it go to the judges, that's your fault. Oquendo has no room to complain anyways, I mean what, isn't Evander about 90 something years old? Oquendo can never win the "big one" and never will either. He is B rate at most. I think Holyfield should get 1 more title shot, and after he loses that, he should call it a career.

It was a questionable decision, and a close fight to score. A four time world champ should get the close ones against a club fighter, even if the four time champ is a shot fighter. The heavyweight division is pretty much devoid of talent, and half the fighter Holyfield once was is a threat to any current title holder, so yeah, Holyfield really won.
