hello everyone! im in a bit of confusion right now at my job, there' a fellow co-worker(supervisor) that tends to critique me about something. today, for example, i recently had my hair styled and many gave me compliments, when she saw my hair she had to negatively comment about it has happened before. she asks me personal questions like i do i have a boyfriend and i give her short ended answers. she also questions why i stay to myself. what's her problem?

you are doing great by staying to yourself. and keeping your answers short. I had ran into the same problem found out the person was a spy for the highers ups, so be careful .just keep to yourself, . here is link that i found useful.

I dont know what her problem is, but it sure sounds to me like a HR problem. Tell her nicely that its none of her business, and if it does not work report to it a HR person, if there is such thing in your organization.
