i feel like i'm losing my place in the world.
like i'm losing my value.

kind of like a toy that get dropped in a store and breaks and no one wants it anymore. no one wants that.

who wants something that's broken?

i feel kind of like an outcast in society. like no one understands me.

like people just talk to me to get my papers from school.
or to get a laugh from making fun of me.

i'm surrounded by people, but i've never felt so alone.

it's like i'm stuck, and i don't know how to get un-stuck.

it's like i cant connect with anyone. at all.

i try to talk to people, and i try to impress people..but people just get freaked out or seem so uninterested.

i don't know what's going on with me.

everyone is so content with their life, and is having great things happening to them.
i'm not trying to complain..but those things arent happening to me.

i'm trying to be positive, but i can't anymore.

i'm tired of forcing laughs and smiles.

that's all i can say.

how can i fix myself?

The first step is to stop focusing on just yourself and instead, focus on something else. You sound like you are in a rut with depression. And that happens sometimes to all of us at one time or another. Don't get sucked in by it. Find some way to gain an interest in others. Do some nice things for other people. It doesn't have to be school peers. It could be something nice for a neighbor or an aunt/uncle or grandparent. Send them a card just to say "hello, I'm thinking of you today."

Can you get part-time work? Maybe something simple just on the weekends. Volunteer work is also a possibility. Animal shelters might need help or retirement homes. I also suggest getting involved in church activities. Just remember, you are never alone. God is there by your side.

First thing is get a good night's sleep. Start to exercise 5 days a week...If you have time, run for 15-20 minutes in the morning and do a small weightlifting program for 30-45 minutes each afternoon. Then get the Celestine Prophecy from Ebay or Amazon etc...read it for 45-60 minutes each evening (more if you feel compelled.) Eat right and keep a small journal. In the journal, try to stay positive and write about what in life makes you tick and makes you happy. Strive for these things in life.

You will be fine...all problems are temporary and good fortune awaits.

Keep writing! It is a good way to get out thoughts and feelings you didn't know you had. Chances are you are dealing with some pretty big struggles that you don't want to face so you've let yourself get depressed. One of the best ways to get over something is to get it off your back.
So if it's a broken heart-let the guy go
A fight with a friend- forgive and forget
A spout with a parent- learn to listen
cutting yourself?- put the scissors away and tell someone.
Everyone goes through something like this. It seems like its your own black hole but you aren't alone.

First of all, everyone probably isn't as wonderfully happy as they may seem to you. Everyone has problems. You need to talk to a counselor or seek therpeutic treatment from a professional. You sound like you maybe have a low self esteem and could be experienceing some depression.Try to have positive thoughts and avoid negative thoughts(especially reoccuring negative thoughts)See a professional and get out of this funk before things get worse. You have so many things to be happy about, don't let your mind take you over!

Well, this sounds a bit over dramatic but on the off chance that you really feel as strongly as you say I'll answer...It sounds to me like you have depression if you feel broke. If you're trying to take the steps to be happy and you still can't feel it maybe it's because you have some kind of chemical imbalance in your brain. The truth is I'm doing something that's really important to me and society doesn't value it much either. If you have things in your life that negatively affect you you should get them out of your life asap. If you want to talk more E-mail me...

Try and find someone who will talk to you and not make fun of you. Once you get a friend like that your whole views on life will become positive.

Talk to friends ... see a doctor.

What you describe seems like clinical depression, but
who knows?

You may discover that talking it over is all you need - or
maybe therapy, or maybe drugs, or maybe just a good
friend.

However, talk to someone close to you and get help!

You can't fix this yourself. But you're good to realize it needs fixed and that you don't have to just live with it. Time for a therapist. Go get fixed. You have a flat tire of some kind, go get it fixed.

Hugs

i think all you lack is PRAYER. Remember? Prayers can move mountains.

Start praying now and just be yourself. He is always there to guide you and make you happy and a better person. Just do good in everything you do.

Good luck and God Bless
