i am not familiar with his opponent, i believe his name is Vinny Maddalone. does he have a chance over the 400 year old holyfield?

I would be ABSOLUTELY SOCKED if Evander didn't KO this bum. I don't care HOW OLD Holyfield is, he'll kill this wimp.

At this stage of his career every fight is dangerous for Holyfield. The possibility of a serious injury in boxing increases with the age of a fighter, and Holyfields questionable condition is no secret. The wars Holyfield fought earlier in his career have obviously taken their toll. I have to tell you, it is a ticking time bomb for disaster for Evander to continue boxing. Still, a part of me wants to see Evander win a 5th title. The lack of serious talent makes that possible, but the risk to the health of one of modern boxing's premier name fighters is almost not worth the risk.

In the end, Evander Holyfield, and no one else will decide when his career is over. Odds are good Maddalone isn't the one to end Holyfield's career. Chances are slim to none that Holyfield loses this week.

I also don't know anything about this Vinny guy but I do belive that if Holyfield can knock him out early then he'll win it, but if he has to go the distance, theres no way!

Slim and none and slim just left town. Chances are this fight will end up being stopped because of cuts. Evander likes to use his nice round bald head and Vinny likes to bleed. Heck, i thought I saw blood trickling down his cheek during the weigh in.
