I don't know how to prove it but all of them believe in the Ten Commandments, which says to believe in one God. Jews worships YHWH (the Jewish name for God), and for Christians is also God. Muslims worships Allah, which is the Arabic word for God. The hoy scriptures of Judaism is the Torah, for Islam is Qu'ran, and for Christianity is the Bible and they say to believe in one God, otherwise your not a Muslim, Jew or Christian.

Ethically monotheistic? What does monotheism have to do with ethics?

I know of many monotheists who I wouldn't consider ethical.

Christianity has the Commandment, thou shall have no other gods,
Judaism states that Yah-weh is the only creator,
Islam also states that there is only 1 god.

I think you're misusing the word "ethically".

Certainly all three religions postulate the existance
of one god, but they don't go into ethics at all.

They all come from the Abrahamic covenant which is to worship one God. And since it is all the same covenant it is the same God.
