Lets see, even Jesus' own disciples didn't recognise him. Why? Because he had a new body. I don't know who's bones those were that they have found, but it has not and will not alter my faith and love for Jesus. I watched the documentary on the bones of Jesus and I have a lot of unanswered questions myself. One on being with the dna. If they could do a dna with the supposed bones of Jesus and Mary Magdalene, which concluded they were no way related, why in the world wouldn't they do one with the supposed bones of Jesus and his mother or brothers or even what they think is his son. Why not go and dig up the bones. PLEEEEASE(sarcasm)

They are not Jesus' bones. He rose body and spirit and is alive! Read this article:
Finding Jesus the Wrong Way
“The Lost Tomb of Jesus” documentary aired on the Discovery Channel March 4, claiming a tomb in Jerusalem once housed the bones of Jesus and His family. Once again, we have an arm of the liberal media presenting us with information that tries to debunk Christianity.
The two-hour special was bankrolled by famed Titanic director John Cameron, and it drew a sizable 4.19 million viewers. The lion's share of the coverage came from all the free press it received. Nearly every news outlet on the planet ran a story about the program. The way the liberal press was hyping the documentary, one would think they had found a tomb containing Jesus’ birth certificate and high school yearbook.
Having watched the show, I don't know why this "archeo-porn," as one archeologist described it, was given the green light. I would rank its dud factor equal to the Geraldo Rivera opening of Al Capone's vault. The man who found the tomb has publicly said the tomb is not connected to Jesus. Even the Discovery Channel team now realizes the hollowness of the claims in the program. The network has yanked plans to run future repeats.
Documentarian Simcha Jacobovici was the voice of the project, and he presented the core argument that this "Jesus tomb" is real because of the unlikelihood of finding another tomb with ossuaries containing the inscriptions “Jesus son of Joseph,” “Mary,” “Mariamene e Mara” and “Judah son of Jesus.” Jacobovici said “Jesus son of Joseph” was the Jesus of the Bible"; “Mary” was Jesus' mother; “Mariamene” was his wife, Mary Magdalene; and “Judah son of Jesus” was the son of Christ and Mary Magdalene. He put the odds of it not being Christ's tomb at 1 in 600.
There is nothing impressive about the names found on the ossuaries. The name Mary is shared by 21 percent of the women from the 1st-century Judean area; Jesus, Joseph and Judah were among the top four male names. "Jesus" is actually an English translation of Joshua.
When you consider that 88,000 people lived in the Jerusalem area at the time of the 1st century, it should be easy to find a few other tombs with the same names. I would liken it to someone finding graves marked with the names George, John, and Thomas, and then claiming they had found the burial site of America's first three presidents.
There is a major problem with one of the key names. Jacobovici said that “Mariamene e Mara” was Mary Magdalene, or "Mary the Master." Nearly every scholar who has looked at the inscription believes it actually says "Mary Martha" or "Mary known as Martha." Stephen Pfann, a biblical scholar at the University of the Holy Land in Jerusalem, has doubts that the name ``Jesus'' on the caskets was read correctly. He thinks it looks more like the name ``Hanun.'' Ancient Semitic script is notoriously difficult to decipher. Of course, if this is true, the claims made by “The Lost Tomb of Jesus” completely collapse.
What irritates me the most about these so-called new discoveries in the past few years is how they ignore the biblical and historical record. Thousands of documents provide details about the life of Jesus, and liberals say the evidence is not strong enough. Plato made the only documented reference to a city called Atlantis in 355 B.C., and people are still looking for it today.
The evidence in support of the Bible is so strong, Christians have no business going into the panic mode whenever Time Magazine, Newsweek, ABC "Primetime Live" or any other media outlet decides to fire a cheap shot at our Lord and Savior. From all the witnesses we have from the 1st century, it's going to take more than an empty bone box to rewrite history.
The non-Christian writer Josephus backs the New Testament account of a risen Jesus: “About this time there lived Jesus, a wise man, if indeed one ought to call him a man. For he...wrought surprising feats...He was the Christ. When Pilate condemned him to be crucified, those who had...come to love him did not give up their affection for him. On the third day he appeared...restored to life....And the tribe of Christians has not disappeared.”
I think the frequency of these attacks on the Christian faith provide strong evidence that the Bible is real. The Word of God predicts that the devil will do his best to attack the name of Jesus. You don't see the media attacking the validity of the Koran. I would love to see a documentary on how Mohammad plagiarized his ideas from the Bible. Of course, the god of this world (Satan) would never allow that type of program to go into production.

It's not too hard to realize that ascension is a matter of the soul, and the body is a matter of the earth, So it's not to hard to believe that 'The Tomb of Jesus' is right on.
However the problem that occurs, is that this is not what the doctrines of Christianity say, and if they're wrong about this, then what else did they get wrong, and is it intentional, It sure seems so.
So then whom stands to lose the most if this is the truth?
The Church!
And what is the church if not the truth?
Control!
So if its true that Mary Madeline was equal to Jesus, perhaps even master, then what does that mean for the Catholic Church, the hierarchy of Men!
It means they are liars, and the sexual pedophiles that exist within its membership is but the tip of the iceberg of there evil!
Christianity (The Original) is not a lie, but we have never seen this version! The truth that men and women are the church, that the sacred covenant is between Mother and Father, and sanctified by the union of conception -LIFE!
Not power, control and deception!
Is it peoples fear that they've been duped, that motivates their idiotic answers, because if it is, they better prepare for mostly everything they've ever been taught is a lie.

All organized religion is a lie. Man invents religion. Remember the Bible, as are all religious works, was written by man, it didn't fall out of the sky. Nobody who wrote it was there. Absolutely nothing was written about Jesus during his lifetime. Don't you think that if there was this guy performing these miracles that someone would have written something about it? There was a lot written about other people who lived at that time or even way before that time that didn't do anything like that! Like I said Man invents religion. It is the perfect way to exert power over the ignorant and weak. This is not to insult anyone because most people in this world are week and up until the last 150 years or so the world was a place of vast ignorance and there was no other explanation for anything. So religion lives on and of course does much more harm in this world than good as the various religions compete to exert their power. The bottom line is that it is all B.S. That is why they say you have to accept it on "faith" which is just another way of saying that you have to accept it even though there isn't the slightest shred of evidence that it is true. So if they found Jesus bones it wouldn't change anything because believers already believe for no reason at all and I'm sure they would continue to do so. They would just say that "the devil planted them there to destroy the Christians faith" or some other such nonsense. Don't laugh, I have heard many fundamentalist Christians use that same line of reasoning to explain the existence of dinosaur bones. OK, I'm ready for all the Christians to give me the thumbs down now but at least I spoke the truth.

In the Holy Bible in Mark 16:5-6 "And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted. And he said saith unto them, Be not affrighted; Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here; behold the place where they laid him." To support this Luke 24:3 "And they entered in and found not the body of the Lord Jesus." Any bones produced would not be the bones of Jesus. If any are produced they have no way of proving that they're the bones of Jesus. Ephesians 4:5 "One Lord, one faith, one baptism." Jesus is Lord you are to have faith in Jesus and to be baptize in Jesus name. If a person dose not have faith in Jesus then what dose that person have?

The bones they have found are not of the real Son of God called Jesus. In those days, many children were named Jesus and Mary. Even today some men are named Jesus , and billions of Mary's. It has not been proven that the Lord Jesus Christ's bones have been found. They will never find the bones of our Jesus Christ. He has risen. Just a finding of another Middle Eastern man by the name of Jesus , associated with a woman named Mary. Don't believe everything you hear, until proven.

Jesus rose in bodily form. He had Thomas touch Him. Jesus rose as living flesh and blood . If the actual bones of Jesus (God) were found, then this would make Christianity false.
But Jesus and Mary were common names. So which Jesus is it? Ant the bones found weren't in the right place. How could the bones be checked ? DNA, no family sample to test. Jesus had a borrowed tomb. These are a few things wrong with the "news".

What makes them think that its the bones of Jesus. There were lots of people back then named Jesus I'm sure just like today. How many people names Jesus do you know or have heard about. How can we possible believe those were Jesus bones, that a grave marker said here lies the body of Jesus?
Are they the bones of Jesus Christ. The christian religion is based on the Bible (Gods Word) not mans word.

I dont think we will ever find His bones, and how would scientists ever prove that the bones are the bones of Jesus if they "found" them? There are no earthly relations to Him, except for His mother, which i must doubt that they'll ever find, because Mary was a common name! Besides, in the Bible, it says that His tomb was empty, BUT it never says anything about what happened to Jesus' earthly body, besides that He was risen (Thomas touched the holes in His hands, meaning that Jesus had come back, flesh and blood). Quote from Acts 1:9,"...He was taken up before their eyes, and a cloud hid Him from their sight" So ultimately, i believe we will never find Jesus' body.

Whoever says they found Jesus' bones is lying. You can't find His bones because He's not here. Yes, He raised from the dead, ALL of Him, He walked around in the flesh for about a month after He was risen then ascended to heaven. You can read about this in Matthew, Mark, Luke or John in the New Testament of the Bible
