I want my gf to visit me here in Michigan. Isn't the tourist visa very fast to get? 1 ) After the papers are received only 7-10 days??? 2) Are there any tricks involved w/ presenting documentation that will assure a visa is granted? 3) What's the best visa to get????

Looks like you asked this question twice. As I said before, you really just want her to prove her "ties to home"--owning property or cars, good job at home, and family are the best ways. The job I think is the most compelling. I encourage people to get a letter from their employer showing that they'll be coming back after the visit to their job.

I don't know where you got all of this information, but it's not true! I applied for naturalization papers for my Mexican husband, permanent residency, and a marriage visa, more than a year ago. I haven't heard anything yet! Immigration is very crooked people! They just want money! Good Luck!

I understand that many Mexicans are being killed walking and in vehicles crossing into america of a by Arizona, California and New Mexico. make certain she flies direct. i do no longer think of the renegade border brokers use air missiles yet.
