Do people honestly believe that their God keeps track of details?

Many times I am told , when asking a question in this section that "On judgement day God will make me explain what I said"...

Do people honestly believe in a God that will ask me "Marky, I have here the file of March 7th 2007....do you remember that day?"

I was reading in Revelation about this, I believe it's in the last chapter where the judgment day is described. God will have us give account for all we've done, as only He can do. It is in the Scriptures.

God does keep track of everything that we do. He is omniscient (all knowing). He will tell us what we did, and becuase we know what we did/thought, we will agree and accept the judgement becasue we know it will be perfectly just.
