Hello! No, it was not what is presently Missouri. Actually the garden was somewhere in AFRICA! Yes... Africa. I think that's why satan has done so much to ravage the continent and its peoples so much. Go look in the book of Genesis and see the rivers which went near it, and there you have it! This should settle it for you.

I just moved back home to my beloved Missouri after 28 long and thoroughly miserable years in an adjoining state, never to be identified but whose governor's name is Rod Blagojevich. As far as I am concerned, the worst day in Missouri beats the best day in the aforeunmentioned state.
I say, "Right on, friend! Preach it plain!"

This is what the LDS believe, and its not that outrages.
Logically speaking, after Noah's flood, land changes, mountain formed. Even science has theory that the world was one whole piece of land, before it separate into what we see now. Most people think its in Africa, just because most animals are there. If you believe man can travel, then its possible that Eden is not in Africa.

Torreya State Park in Florida is where I heard it was. Something about the torreya tree only grows there and three rivers meet there as well as other things that match up to the bible.
