you may be her friend, & you sound like a GREAT friend.
but sometimes she`ll have to learn to stand by herself.
definately, try to warn her. don`t sound stuck up saying it.
just say, "hey.. i don`t think you should like him." tell her how
you feel about him & if she`s as of a good friend as you are
she should take your suggestion into consideration =]
i know its a hard situation for you to be in,
just hang in there. good luck!

Depends if you want to keep her for a friend. If you do you better get outta the way of the hormones and keep your mouth shut. If you tell her how you feel she will dismiss you and your opinion and might even become angry with you. My suggestion is say nothing and be there for her when she really needs you.

you need to do what feels surprising on your heart. If this buddy of yours is a genuine buddy she will admire your determination. You tell your buddy which you're relationship this guy and that her giggling at him is hurting you- ask her to end. keep on with your heart, what others think of isn't constantly so important- you will nonetheless arise the following day morning and be a chuffed and wholesome youthful lady with a nicest guy on your arm. stable success!

First of all, it's spelt 'jerk' and 'either', not 'jurk' and 'eather'. With that said, I don't think you're in any position to tell your friend what to do.

if she's a really close friend, be honest with and tell her your thoughts in an easy non-judgmental conversation.
I would not suggest you make too big an issue out of it or later you could be the one who cost her the love of her life.
It's really her decision and if she decides to go with him, then if you are her friend you need to try remain supportive. If and when you feel you cannot do that and they are together, then you need to start weening away.

this is a sure fire way to cause a riff in you friendship with you friend. unless there is a major reason why you dont like him, such as him cheating on her or something like that, you have to keep quite. when you like someone, alot, you will tend to block out what people tell you. your friend will probably think you like him and trying to steal him. stay quite for now. who knows, nothing might happen.

If she is a very close friend and asked for an opinion and listen to what you had to say, I would tell her what I thought .

If she won't listen, just step back and let her find out her own drama .

I would let my friend decide who she likes or doesn't.
I'm wondering if you are a little jealous. Also, do you not like this guy because he doesn't like you? Rejection is often responded to by rejecting the person that doesn't like you.
Anyway, I would support my friend in whatever she decides. You shouldn't tell her to do anything, she's your friend, not your child.

She is not you and you are not her mother. If she likes the guy, then let be. Stop being nosey if you are. Be happy that she might have a chance of being in a relationship.

As everybody is entitled to say something, just voice out your concerns to your friend. If she is your friend, she will try to see your point and decide on herself if she wants to befriend the guy. Afterall, it is her choice and you should not interfere although you care for her and do not want to hurt her feelings.
