You should have waited until your wedding night.

You have to decide if it was too early. I dated a guy for 4 months and we had sex for the first time when I was 16. As long as it's protected sex, and you are aware of the facts about sex, the decision is yours.
People think that sex has to be all about love and marriage, but really, what if you wait til your 30, get married and have sex for the first time, and you find out that you just don't click. If you test the waters first, gain some experience, you can find that love that you can connect with mentally, and physically.
You should always be careful. You must have been ready since it's been a year.

16 is a fine age to lost your virginity as long as it meant something. and dating a year, i'd say you 2 are pretty committed to each other (especially for teenagers). i cant say for sure since i dont know how either of you feels for each other, but i'd say y'all did just fine :) (although taking a morning after pill mighta been a bit too much :P just have her go on regular birth control and still use a condemn!) good luck

well, thats depending on your feelings for eachother... did the relationship last?? only you can tell if it was too soon but it kinda sounds like it was for you because you are on here asking the question. there is really nothing you can do now to get back ur virginity, but be a little more careful next time and dont just jump into it!!

Many believe you can give virginity back. I, however, do not. You are now in the realm of being a responsible adult. Don't get carried away kid.

You started it! If your sexual experience was enjoyable, you shouldn't even question your decision. It's all up to you to put it on hold. Otherwise, it will be a whole new ball game. Good luck!

I think it's too early. You both are too young for any possible consequences, like dropping out of school b.c. pregnancy. But I hope you were mature enough to use protection.

that is a total personal choice. if it felt right to you then no. 16 is a good age and it is often and rare to find a guy good enough to wait that long into a relationship.

Do you think it was too fast? Do you have regrets about it? You're the only one who can answer this question.
