if by "flatten [your] tummy" you mean burn fat, the simplest way is to run... a lot.. and eat foods that are low in fat and high in protein, the next step is to do sit ups/crunches. this will give you strength and definition in your abs

Sit ups and leg sit ups. There are so many diffrent ways of doing sit ups. you can do it with a exercise ball in between your legs or just holding the ball and doing sit -ups. Plain sit-ups sometimes get boreing so do it in diffrent ways, search on the internet or maybe go to the gym and ask a person who works there or contact a personal trainer. It may cost you so instead of taking a bunch of classes just ask over the phone/email or just have 1 or two classes.
