well..there are many keys...he stares into ur eyes when you talks...contrary to the belief that they stare at ur boobs or what not...if they are really into you, they stare at ur eyes...also...watch the feet...it HUGE when seeing if someone is giving their attention...sit around them..and see where they knees/feet point toward...they talk quieter as well and almost always tease...if theyre teasing ALL the time...they think of you as a friend...if they tease some of the time...most cases its a crush...hope i could help

It's not a simple question. No guy is exactly the same, but I'll try to keep it short.
If the average guy likes you, then he might flirt a bit (some guys flirt differently; touching is universal though) , he'll try to talk to you (he will usually start the conversations), and if he has light skin you will be bale to see him blush.
If a guy really likes you (for more than your look/sex time) then you'll also notice he pays close attention to what you say. He'll look at 'you' when you're talking; not at the ground (unless he's nervous). Try asking him about a subject you've previously spoken about. If he can recall some of your views and opinions then at least you know he listens to you.
If you're more specific, then you'll probably get better answers, but I hope I helped.

he is doing just like you are, he is waiting for a sign to see if you are into him. someone better make a move here. if you make the move, don't be all dramatic about it and linger for an answer, make the move in a non-desperate way. and then move on. don't wait for a reaction, just relax. it takes practice but you will get it.

his body language will give you a hint and if you talk then how the conversation flows --- does he try to keep you engaged in the conversation???? does he talk about you and what you are interested in???
