This question is about my mother in law. she is now depressed and suffers from panic attacks and has severe problems with the use of her right hand after the vasectomy.

If the surgery left her unable to work, then yes, she would likely be eligible for benefits. Contact your local social security administration office and they can give you all the details.

You are only disabled if you can not work because of your medical condition. I don't know that breast cancer would keep you from working, too many people live with and survive cancer with out stopping working.

well it really depends on the age of the person ans the stage of the cancer sorry you used a V where there should have been an M .vasetomy is for men
