AHHH, the Cherry Blossoms at Haines point in DC. Absolutely beautiful at the end of March clear into about the second week of April. The tidal basin is clean and clear and it is always fun to take a your love down to watch the submarine races. For those who are to young to remember or don't quite understand this conotation, the area was a "Lovers Point" of such 30 years ago. Alas no more....Unsafe and illegal!

Anywhere between last week of March to first week or two of April.

Check some of the local news sites for DC such as the Washington Post or even local news channels.
