I go to apply for debit card.
Then to apply today link.
Then it say these 3 things
1.Upgrade your account (check mark)
2.Complete enrollment
3.Add confrim checking account (checkmark)
Where do I get the Expanded use # ??

How does that work (Above) I dont have a creditcard with paypal
Please help me I need the debit card asap so I can manage everything smoothly

ah I know what a debit card is and paypal offers one linked to your paypal account so you can waste your money or get it immediatly

Do you understand what a debit card is??
A debit card is issued by your bank
it allows you to spend , by card, what is already in your bank account.
it is not a credit card, it is only used to spend the money you have.
What has Pay pal Got to do with it?
If you want a debit card , go to your bank, Beware of anything online, that has to do with money or credit.

You really shouldn't respond on here unless you know what you're talking about. Paypal DOES offer debit cards. I have one.
