It'll probably take awhile.
Your body won't get the nutrients it needs and could go into starvation mode, which will prevent you from losing any weight.
You need to eat at least 1200 calories per day to keep your body energized.

If that is all you are eating you are going to slow your metabolism way down. Your body will go into starvation mode, which slows your metabolism down in order to conserve what it has thinking it is not getting any food to replace the energy. Eating one bar is ok as long as it is not a meal replacement. Those bars are processed and not as good as a real meal. You need to eat several small meals a day and two snacks in between. They should be balanced as well. Protein, fats, and carbohydrates. Your body's preferred fuel source is carbohydrates, so you do need to include those in your diet, as well as healthy fats, and lean proteins. You are young and for you to be treating your body this way, will only be detrimental for you in the future. The bars you are consuming do not contain all the essential nutrients a growing body needs, and they are not meant to be eaten three times a day. If you think you need to lose weight, get a book called You On A Diet. It is a much more healthful approach to weight loss. Any diet that tells you to steer clear of carbohydrates, proteins, and/or fats, you want to stay away from. You need all three for your body to thrive.
Good luck.

thats not enough food...try maybe eating a energy bar for two meals and a regular meal for the third that way you have a more balenced diet and wont feel like your starving you'll definitely still lose weight if you do this... you could lose 5 pounds in probably like 2 weeks or so if you really followed the plan
