Colas work well for short periods of time, as do tea and coffee. Caffeinated drinks contain a mild poison (the caffeine itself) that causes the body to react with extra energy to rid itself of the poison. Don't rely on artificial energy too much, however, since that's not healthy for you. You'll be constantly run down and not know why. Eat well, be sure you're getting enough of all the niutrients you need, and be sure you're getting enough (not too much, mind you, but enough) sugar. Be sure you're getting enough rest and exercise, too. It all works together.

My personal secret to having a lot of energy is being born that way. Sorry, I can't teach what I've never had to learn.

well, i seriously don't have a lot of energy... if i exercise most of the time i get more tired the next day... if i take caffeinated drinks, i only feel more unhealthy and they don't last very long either... so i'ld like to know the secret too... what's yours??? :)
