there is this girl that sits next to me in class who i am getting to know a little better. The other day she asked if i had a girlfriend and i said no. today in the middle of class she started rubbing some fruity lotion on my arm. She proceeded to flirt with me for the rest of the period. Should i ask her out or get to know her a little more?(all i know is her name and the part of town she lives in)

My answer depends on age so i will give you 2 scenarios:
Under 15- get to know her a little better as everyone else says and then ask her out
16 and up: invade her personal space and see if she pulls away. allow the 2 of you to cross into each others personal comfort zone. Put it like this, she touched you on the arm and that gives you fair rights to touch her on the arm CASUALLY don't make it obvious. If she doesn't push back and begins to touch more go ahead and ask her out before she asks you out. REMEMBER YOU WANT TO WEAR THE PANTS IN THE RELATIONSHIP.

You should get to know her a lot better. This girl honestly doesn't seem very respectable. Me, personally, I would never go out with a girl that moved that fast. If all she wants is one thing, then just remember, many females, the ones that are worth anyones time, find virgins more attractive. (I know I do...) This girl just doesn't seem like a girl for you, baby boy. Especially if your even considering, getting to know her better! My advice to you, is wait. And if she continues to move at this speed, try your best to 'avoid' her. Tell to her to slow down a bit. Or a lot!

Slow down man,if she flirted with you and have only known you for a short period of time,you can imagine how many other guys she flirts with.Back off a little and watch what she does and how she acts when she's around other guy.You don't even know if she has a boyfriend.And don't count on her being honest about whether she has one or not.Ask around.
