I only eat one meal a day if that and it's usually a sandwich that makes me feel guilty and fat for later.. Otherwise, I'll eat a cereal bar in the morning and nothing until night when I'll eat one or two handfuls of cheez-its.. I know that's super bad for me, but I can't help it.. I'm at 102 lbs but i have stubborn belly fat that won't go away no matter how many crunches I do and how hard and often i exercise and I'm super self-conscious because of it.. Any advice or suggestions? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

You definitely need to eat more & healthier. How old are you? It may just be "baby-fat" on your tummy. You are probably still growing. Also, it sounds like you already have an eating disorder. Try talking to your parents or a counselor at school.

Hon, if you really want to lose that belly fat, you need a balanced diet! Eat fruit, vegetables, and chicken without skin. (These are all healthy/low calorie) Also, do cardio for 30 minutes, six times a week, muscle endurance (sit ups, push ups, etc.) 2-3 times a week, and muscle training for 2-3 times a week. Also make sure to stretch. it is critical that you exercise because it realeses endorphins in your brain that help you feel good (You wont feel fat!)

You may be scared that you will end up looking like one of those ugly buff chicks, but don't fret! They take testosterone supplements (That's the hormone guys have!)

And, er, cheez-its aren't the best thing for you! STAY AWAY FROM PROCESSED FOODS! If it says no trans fat, you still have to check on the ingredients for partially hydrogenated oil (Trans fat.) Sometimes they don't put it on the nutrition facts.

Just stay healthy and eat balanced! (Have snacks too! They raise your metalbolisim)

It sounds like you already have an eating disorder. Why are you concerned over a patch of belly fat? Try eating healthy meals like salads and continue your exercises. It could be that your body is in defensive mode and "thinks" you are starving. So it is going to preserve fat for your survival. The trick is to raise your metabolism.

You already have an eating disorder. Time to get help before it is too late. You will soon start to suffer from malnutrition, including side effects like: irreversible liver and kidney damage possibly resulting in getting weekly dialysis treatments for the rest of your life, brain damage from malnutrition particularly if you are young, dental disintegration (your teeth rotting and falling out), osteoporosis (brittle bones, lots of breaks in the future), and of course death. Contact your local mental health dept. or if you are in school meet with a counselor. You don't have time to think about this, do it now or you may not have a chance latter.
