ok here it goes well i have been going out with this guy for 10 months and well he is very jealous everyone says to leave him but i can't i reall y do care about him but if i tell him something though he will get mad what can i do please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You do know that jealousy often leads to violence right? If he can't get his emotions in control, then I would be concerned what he will do to step it up a notch when you start ignoring his jealousy. There isn't much you can do about it. Its about his low self esteem and you can't fix that, he has to. I would take the advice of your friends and leave. Hopefully he won't chop you up into little pieces for leaving him.

ok look this is what i think u should do i think maybe u should talk to him seriously about him being too jelous because this could really affect u alot and ur relationship i think if he doesnt listen to u and starts yelling at u or saying a bunch of things to u then that means that he doesnt respect u and when someone cares about they respect and doesnt get mad for a little thing i think u should just do the right thing good luck girl u need it hope everything goes ok !!!

You cannot be with a man you are afraid of. WARNING sign. It's good to care for someone you need to care enough about yourself. Him being jealous, and you gave him no reason to be may be a bad thing. If your family is telling you to leave him you might want to think about that. Be safe.

Controlling behavior is a key evolutionary survival skill, along with wide scale seed dispersal (cheating in modern parlance) and deception - such males simply had better genetic odds and in turn tended to attract more women desiring to increase THEIR genetic odds going forward
Like it or not your DNA has some of that evolutionary baggage - and it cannot simply be wished away
If he is actually not cheating and not lying and he is still enough of a jerk (via his controlling behavior) for you to still have the big "chemistry" for him - then you should stick with him

My advise to you is to get out of the relationship if after talking to him about his jealousy isn't changing the situation. It could lead to physical abuse and your life is more precious than that. Please be careful, I'm sure you can find someone who will respect you and how you are feeling. Some jealousy turns from just jealousy, to "you make me do this to you" or "if i cant have you, no one can"

be lucky hes jealous, that means hes paying attention to you and he wants you all to himself... I wish my bf acted jealous sometimes... but i guess if its getting to the point where he's not letting you do things and it's taking over your life, then yes you should do something about it... Talk to him first and tell him how you feel, and if he doesn't let off a little bit then loose him.

get rid of him. you will think you can't leave him but it will be easier to leave now rather than when his jealousy gets worse and he prevents you from leaving..
