Let's put it this way. If I had a boyfriend who looked like one of the spartans from 300, I would be a very, very happy woman. (PS go see it, it ROCKED)
Girls don't need olympic athletes, but I would never date a man who didn't take care of himself physically and keep reasonably active. I mean, why do that to myself? I'm a very active person and I need any partner of mine to be able to keep up.
I've been a martial artist since I was a young child, so it's a big deal to me to find a man who is stronger than me and not intimidated by me, just because there's a part of me that wants to feel feminine and taken care of by any man I'm with. Generally that means I find myself interested in the tall, athletic men.

OF course women like guys who are ripped! But we arent going to only date guys that are ripped. If we happen to find a nice guy who is ripped then that is just a great bonus.

id like him to be stronger than me and thats not too hard to accomplish. i dont like a complete jacked guy that looks like hes about to explode but i like having someone strong there to be with me =) oh and he cant be complete jello. thatd be weird
