Try a saline nasal RINSE (not a spray) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean). I've been doing it at work too.

The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot. The special bottle and salt is about $20.

You can do this a often as you like with no bad side effects.

You don’t need a prescription for this therapy. So if you live in a state like mine, they’ve pretty much “outlawed” sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis. (I put in a link for “what” and “how” – there’s also some good info on wiki)

That sounds similar to seasonal allergies, I would consult with your Primary care doctor and see what medication was recommended. My son takes Zyrtec and has the same symptoms as well as Nasonex to help with the Nasal allergies.

same problems here. i have been put on singulair for mine because i have developed asthma with mine..also for the nosebleeds, 2 of my granddaughters have the same problem and their dr. told them to put vasoline on a Q-tip and swab the inside of the nose with it before you go to bed at night. the nosebleeds are a result of the mucus membranes drying out. i have used it once or twice and yes it does work. also for the sick to your stomach, i use dramamine a motion sickness pill and it works wonders. might make you sleepy but it works on the stomach and is good if you are feeling dizzy, too.

sounds a lot like a sinus infection...allergies and sinus infections can feel very much a like though...you don't always get fevers with them...I'm just now getting over a really terrible one..I would sugest going to the docs and seeing what they say.
