i have an auto accident, i dont have insurance but it is not my fault do the next party involve has to pay for my medical and repire my car ?

If you live in CA, you are barred from recovering damages for pain/suffering, emotional distress, etc...you can recover economic damages, lost wages, med bills, etc.

But why are you driving around without insurance when it's against the law? Had you not been on the road the accident wouldn't have happened and you wouldn't be wondering about damages. Seems to me you are the one at fault.

You are out of luck. Since you were uninsured, your vehicle shouldn't have been there in the first place. This means that it is technically your fault, and all expenses will be out of your pocket - including repairs to the other person's car.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
