Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I'd suggest agains't losing weight. If you feel you're out of shape or something, then get out and walk, excercise and the like. That'll help with that feeling i think, but don't change your diet or anythign like that.

And actually it probably wouldn't hurt to gain a little weight (won't hurt to stay right where you're at either)

Hun, your fine like you are. Don't get worried about these people telling you your underweight because you aren't significantly. But most of them are correct, I don't think there is any reason you need to get any lighter. Your not especially tall so being 93 pounds is perfectly normal, eat like any normal person would eat and you'll look perfectly normal too. :)

you do not you are just fine like you are, why is it rose that some young girls think they are to fat, stay the way you are if you lose too much weight rose you will get dehydrated and get sick and end up in the hospital,and you sure dont want that.

Your underweight and if you are eating a healthy diet and living a healthy lifestyle but still low weight (especially w/low energy) you should see a doctor.

Why do skinny people like to rub it in? You know you do not need to lose weight. I weight 2x what you do and I know that I DO need to lose weight. If you really think you need to lose weight, then you need to talk to your doctor or a psychiatrist or something.

No, you are just fine the way you are, Why does people always worrying about their weight, I mean if you not eating fatty food all the time you will be fine. And fat people are beautiful... Not that I'm fat or anything.

You BMI now is 17.2..You should be at 18.5 for it to be normal..So you need to gain weight..Remember to do it heathy tho..
