I'm single and I've been single since July 05. I meet people but I'm not attracted to them. Is attraction really that important or am I being shallow?

yes attraction is important if you are not attracted then you are not interested. unless you meet someone as just a friend then things happen and you get attracted. But you have to have some kind of attraction when wanting to start a relationship

I need at least a little bit of attraction but some people don't. If your just not physically attracted to them but really like their personalities then go for them. personality is more importent than looks anyway.

I am the same way. I have been single now for a few years. Most guys aren't attractive to me. I say, if attraction is important to you, then you shouldn't sell yourself short just to be with someone.

If you don't want an un-attractive person don't go after them...
Attraction comes natural... most of the time it's because the other person has traits you'd want your children to have...
whether it's looks, or behavior

Hell yeah physical attraction is important. Anyone who tells you no is an idiot.
If you're not at least attracted to the person how are you gonna get it on in the bedroom?

i have always thought an attraction helps when your starting a relationship. after all, if you cant stand looking at them, whats the point?

Lady, one thing I've learned, is when you are in love, regardless of their appearance, you think they are the most attractive creautre in the world. If this does not occur, you are therefore not in love, and therefore shouldnt waste your time (Since most men/women are loosers anyways)
