You don't. It must be a very new relationship if he hasn't indicated that he has deep feelings for you--- so what is the rush??????????
Let the relationship unfold, naturally.
What if you did tell him you loved him. Examine your motives-- be honest-- tell the truth. What exactly do you hope to achieve? If you say, "Oh, I just want to say it and let him know how I feel," well, that' ok----as long as you are NOT EXPECTING HIM TO ANSWER IN kind and as long as you won't be disappointed if he does not answer in kind.
Usually, when there is a push to state one's feelings of love, there is an underlying need that you are looking to fill.
Wait until you both know each other better (at least 6 months) and see if this love thing doesn't unfold naturally.

If you are afraid he will get scared away then maybe he really doesn't love you. If he runs away from you then he really doesn't love you.

dont tell him wait for him to say something
or say im falling in love with you and see his reaction, to see if/when you should tell him.
