I'm not asking on the ethics of pro-choice but rather as a choice for oneself.

No it shouldn't be permissible. However I was once guilty of feeling that it was because the man that got me pregnant the second time didn't care about me or the child I was carrying. I was too young but now that all my children are grown up, I can see that they were meant to be and I don't regret having any of them. It was more my environment, not my heart. I think that is where many women get themselves into trouble. They make decisions based on their current life or situation, not their future, and the regrets and heartache that will certainly follow. Every day I thank God for not doing such a thing. But then again, despite all the battles I have faced in my life, I still believe that God is with me today and is pointing out the things I need to change about myself. It's just a matter of time.

The choice begins when one decides to have sex. If you believe life begins before delivery then that makes abortion even worse.

Never. Once you accept that human life begins before delivery, how can you justify the taking of that life for your own convenience? Either we respect human life or we don't. Once you cheapen one stage of life, it's easier to cheapen others. Soon, we will be justifying the killing of old or disabled people. An ethicist out of Princeton by the name of Singer now argues that we should be able to kill children for a certain period after they are born. We are already on the slippery slope of cheapening human life. Who is next on the list of lives which others don't consider worth living?

I do believe in life before delivery. Personally I think you make the decision to be a parent when you choose to have sex, except in exceptional circumstances ie rape, medical reasons, youth ect so I'm pro choice.

Abortion is a medical-patient decision and the govt or the powers that be have absolutely no place there in the first place . if ones morals are broken they are responsible not the govt.if the govt ever respected the vote they would let the people concerned vote for them selves .. but obviously the vote is BS. and not a freedom of choice entity.

The answer is yes only if you don't mind murdering people. Which is what abortion is if you believe life begins before delivery.....Otherwise it must be an emphatic no. If it's not, you're a complete hypocrite.....

Yes. A virus is living too. Doesn't mean you can't kill it, doesn't mean it's going to suffer. A blastocyst is not a baby.
