I forgot what color it was, but it was in shape of a circle, are those strong ones? What would be stronger, that or a 750mg vicodin pill? Im just curious, because in the hospital I was given the circle shaped percocet and I wanted to know what would be stronger, that or a 750mg vicodin pill.

It's hard to say, because you don't say whether you got the brand or the generic. Generally, though, the round tablets are the Percocet 5/325 mg strength, which is the least powerful. The more powerful strengths are oblong in shape.

And generally speaking, Percocet, even the lesser strengths, is quite a bit stronger than Vicodin, even the 7.5/750 mg strength.

The round, blue colored Percocet pills are 5 milligrams. They are equivalent to the same amount of vicodin. Click on the link below for more information and pictures of the tablets.
