Soy has a ton more protein and is less gassy.

Well they are both a great source of calcium and fortified vitamin D. The soy milk has more protein because soy milk comes from soy beans which are very high in protein. Soy milk doesnt contain any lactose like cows milk, for those you might be sensitive to lactose. So they are both very nutritous, unless you are unable to tolerate lactose, then go with the soy milk but otherwise the choice is yours !

I do not know the "True Medical Answer" but my guys guzzle Cows Milk and are as Healthy as anybody could possibly be. If they keep growing I will have to get a 4th job to feed them and buy their milk!
Three Boys/Men.. 17 at 6'5 and 180 lbs.
15 at 6'0 and 150 lbs., 13 at 6'1 and 175 lbs.
Milk does a body good!!!!

soy is the healthier of the two. less fat, more healthy. the hwole build strong teeth and bones jig. yeah, soy is a little better than cow's.
