Before you make any decision on dying, your hair u should ask someone who can give you the right suggestion.

If you were only wanting to lift your black color to brown, all you needed to do was put a neutral color of a level 3 or 4 (ie. neutral light brown, or neutral medium brown) on your hair. To speed the process you can use a higher lift peroxide (say 30 volume). Most colors take 30 to 45 minutes to process, but you can check the color after about 20 minutes to see the results you are getting. I would suggest you see a professional at this point since you have already applied bleach.

is the black/brown your natural color? If not, color will not get it any lighter! I guess I dont understand what you are saying....you bleached it, then you put more color on it? If I dont know what you really did, I cant help you

i have the same problem, you should wait a while (otherwise it's unhealthy for your hair) and try a lighter color, because you have such dark hair, the dye won't show up. so try a lighter color, or if you didn't already, use a permanent dye.
