Yeah...that's not French. I don't know if you've just butchered the spelling of some word or something, but what you've written is not French.

It looks like one of the insults used by the Captain Haddock in Tintin : Bachi-bouzouk. It was a name given to non regular soldiers from the Ottoman army ( former Turkey ).
